You agree that the Services may be offered through staging, testing, private, or beta environments, and functionality may change without notice.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AdaptableAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or any violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
